This website is a static site without accounts, comments or newsletter. It sets no cookies, uses no advertising services and embeds no third-party fonts, maps or videos. For cookieless audience measurement we use Rybbit, see below. The connection is encrypted via TLS.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, in a data center in Germany. When you visit, the host processes technically necessary data: your IP address is needed to deliver the site, but it is stored fully anonymised in the server logs. The logs also contain date and time, requested page, amount of data transferred, referring page, and browser and operating system. From the logs the host generates a password-protected access statistic that only we can see. This serves to deliver the site, find errors and fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and error-free operation of the site. Without this data the site cannot be accessed. The logs are deleted automatically after 60 days. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

Contact by email

If you send us an email, we process your address and the content of your message to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering your request. The mailbox is also hosted by ALL-INKL.COM in Germany. We delete the message once the request is settled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, we process your email address, your message and, if given, your name to answer your request. The form sends the details via our web space at ALL-INKL.COM as an email to our mailbox there; there is no database and no other service provider. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is answering your request. We delete the message once the request is settled, unless statutory retention obligations apply. To protect against automated requests, the page measures in your browser how long the form was open and transmits only that duration, without cookies.

Audience measurement with Rybbit

To see which articles are read and how readers find us, we use the analytics service Rybbit (rybbit.com). Rybbit sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. When a page is viewed, the page, the referring page, browser, operating system, device type, screen size and language are transmitted, as well as page load times, clicks on links to other websites and technical errors in the browser. Your IP address is used only briefly to determine country and region and is not stored. To count visitors, Rybbit derives an encrypted identifier from the IP address and browser string that is recalculated every day, so nobody is recognised across several days. We only see aggregated figures, not individual people. The legal notice and privacy pages are not measured; for the contact form only the page view is counted, never what you enter.

Rybbit stores the data on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany and Finland. For delivery Rybbit uses Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), so the IP address and technical request details may pass briefly through Cloudflare servers. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for which an adequacy decision of the European Commission exists (Art. 45 GDPR). The legal basis for the measurement is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is knowing the reach of the site and improving its content. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Rybbit. The statistics are stored for three years and then deleted.

If your browser sends the "Global Privacy Control" or "Do Not Track" signal, no measurement takes place. You can also turn off measurement for this browser here. Only the note "off" is stored in your browser's localStorage, which is strictly necessary for the function you requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG).

Recipients and third countries

The recipients of the data mentioned are the host and Rybbit as processors, each with the sub-processors they use. A transfer to a country outside the EU can only occur during delivery via Cloudflare (USA), on the basis of the adequacy decision mentioned above. There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). An informal email to the address above is sufficient. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR); the competent one is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

Right to object

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, you may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR). We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
