The next dates

We only list fairs and conventions whose dates the organisers have published themselves. If nothing is announced there, nothing appears here either, and once a date has passed it drops off the list.

Not every fair is open to everyone. Green Week and IFA also sell tickets to private visitors, while Fruit Logistica and ITB are aimed at trade visitors according to the organisers, with tickets only available online in advance. YES!CON is a cancer convention and takes place at STATION Berlin by Gleisdreieck.

Getting there: which station for which entrance

The grounds are long, and walking from the South entrance to the North entrance takes about 20 minutes by our measurement. If you know which hall you need, get off at the right station straight away. Each fair's site shows which hall is at which entrance.

South entrance and CityCube: Messe Süd S-Bahn

about 4 minutes on foot from Messe Süd S-Bahn station to CityCube and about 6 minutes to the South entrance on Jafféstraße

The station is on the line towards Spandau and was called Eichkamp until 2002. It is the shortest way to halls 1 to 6 and CityCube.

North entrance by the radio tower: Theodor-Heuss-Platz, Kaiserdamm, Messe Nord/ZOB

to the North entrance on Hammarskjöldplatz about 7 minutes on foot from Theodor-Heuss-Platz U-Bahn station, about 10 minutes from Messe Nord/ZOB S-Bahn station and about 11 minutes from Kaiserdamm U-Bahn station

Theodor-Heuss-Platz and Kaiserdamm are on the U2, Messe Nord/ZOB is on the Ringbahn. The S-Bahn station was long called Messe Nord/ICC and has officially been Messe Nord/ZOB since December 2024; older maps and fair websites often still use the old name.

YES!CON: STATION Berlin by Gleisdreieck

about 7 minutes on foot from Gleisdreieck U-Bahn station to Luckenwalder Straße 4

STATION is in Kreuzberg, a long way from the exhibition grounds. If you plan to do both on the same day, allow plenty of time to cross the city.

Public transport tickets

The exhibition grounds are within the city, so an AB ticket is enough. If you go straight from BER airport to the fair, you need zone C as well, meaning an ABC ticket or an extension ticket. How the zones work and when the 24-hour or 7-day ticket pays off is explained in Understanding Berlin public transport in 10 minutes, and the trip from the airport in From BER into the city.

  • Check on the fair's site which entrance belongs to your hall first, then pick your station.

After the fair: food and the evening in the west

For the evening after the fair we recommend Charlottenburg and Wilmersdorf, right next door and home to Kieznah's favourite addresses. From Kaiserdamm the U2 runs straight to Zoologischer Garten, which is not far from Savignyplatz and Kantstraße.

  • Food: Where Berliners actually eat lists several addresses in Charlottenburg and Wilmersdorf, including the area around Kantstraße.
  • A beer or a cocktail: Bars and pubs in Berlin recommends Kuchel Eck on Ludwigkirchplatz in Wilmersdorf and Salut! Classic Bar in Schöneberg.
  • Everything in the west at a glance: West Berlin, from Olivaer Platz to the Wannsee.
  • Where to stay: Savignyplatz in Charlottenburg is one of the neighborhoods we recommend for a first visit in Where to stay in Berlin.
